The first release of Version 4 provides design information in accordance with BS EN 1993-1-1, using information given in the new SCI publication (P363) ‘Steel Building Design: Design Data, In accordance with Eurocodes and the UK National Annexes’ and includes the following new features:

- Links to Notes information for both code views, plus key
contact details, are provided under
Help > Notes & Contacts;
- Environment Preferences (under File > Preferences) allows for display of page
numbers relating to SCI publication P363 (see link above) within the BS EN 1993-1-1 view
of tables;
- Section sizes for Tees from Beams / Tees from Columns are revised to match those
in the Corus printed brochure (for both Dimensions and properties & Detailing
and fire).

Effective length transitions for Axially loaded UKB
In both grades (S275 and S355) the transition to the HIGHER range of
effective lengths (2.0 to 14.0) SHOULD occur just above the serial
size:457x152x82
To this release in S355 no transition occurs. This means that columns below
457x152x87 are all UNSAFE
For S275 grade the transition occurs at 457x152x60 This means that 3 section
above this section are UNSAFE

grades was split across 2 tables now together
