Registrations  The registrations section of the Software Users CRM allows websites users to:

  • View a list of all registered users for a software application
  • View the details of a regsitered user
  • Update the details of a registered user (permission level of Administrator)
  • Delete all data stored for a registered user (permission level of Administrator)
  • Manually verify the licence key for a registered user (permission level of Administrator)

User feedback  The user feedback section of the website allows users to:

  • View feedback submitted by a registered user from a software application
  • Delete feedback (permission level of Administrator)
  • Translate a feedback message that was written in a language other than English (this feature will be deprecated)

Statistics  The statistics section of the website allows website users to view usage information for a software application, including the location, date and device recorded.

Subscriptions  The subscriptions section of the website allows a website user (with a role of Marketing Reviewer or higher) to:

  • View the marketing contact preferences of a registered user
  • Export subscription date and email address of the registered users to a CSV file

Settings  The settings section of the website allows a user to:

  • Update their own website user profile
  • Update their email notifications
  • Compare software applications (if they have access to more than one software application)
  • Maintain the website user profiles that have access to the Software Users CRM (Administrator role)
  • Maintain the details of the software applications monitored by the Software Users CRM (Administrator role)
